Our Christmas 2010

With what we hope to be our last Christmas here for a for a few years, God blessed us with a beautiful snow…

Doug received an Africa Bible Commentary and my sister had a shirt custom-made for me that says “Africa Calling 2011”  It brought tears to my eyes when I opened it. That is going to become our theme as we begin the countdown to June and all the things we need to be doing to prepare. We were also blessed once again with a monetary gift from a family member.

Africa Calling 2011

Because I have been working so many hours and get home after busines hours, I’ve had to make the most of my time on this three day weekend. I just emailed an insurance agent familiar with missionary insurance as we must have this to obtain a visa. I also emailed the South Africa Embassy for information on applying for visas. Please continue to pray for us as we take the necessary steps for departure in June.

If you are a monthly supporter and would like envelopes for the year, please let us know so that we can get them to you.

  1. Love the picture of you and the tee shirt. I know God will mightily provide for you and Doug and the orphans and women and men of Mozambique for His glory and yours and their good. I am so excited to be a part of it! God bless this coming year
